At Toned Body Sculpting, we want to help you not only look your best, but feel your best. That starts by targeting those stubborn areas that we stare at in the mirror. Whatever your story, whatever your reason, wherever your area, Toned is here to help you feel healthier, more confident and more "Toned".
Like anything else, there is no magic cure. The results at Toned Body Sculpting are only as good as the decisions you make once you leave. We care about your complete health and know that proper diet and exercise are crucial to you achieving your goals. We have developed tools, resources and partnerships to offer you a complete health and wellness package.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. Due to the high demand of our services, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your service will be subject to 100% charge. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions about these policies.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may be purchased at the Toned Body Sculpting location. They may be used towards any boutique product or service. Gift Card must be present at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Cards do not expire unless promotional. Promotional cards cannot be combined with any discounted services/products, packages, or series. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Brittany Chester
LEAD TECH
Brittany Chester is the lead technician at Toned Body Sculpting. In addition to performing client treatments, Brittany also assists clients determining treatment goals, evaluating progress, performing spray tans and developing business partnerships. Brittany wears a lot of hats at Toned and does them all with exemplary attention to client service.
Brittany has a vast array of healthcare experience working in ICU, Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, Oncology and Surgery at Genesis Health Systems, OSU East and Licking Memorial.
Courtney Bishop
MASSAGE SPECIALIST
Courtney has been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years with specialization in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue massage. She is also a Pilates and fitness instructor. In addition to all of her other talents, she has her master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University.
Courtney has a passion for helping the mind, body and spirit of her patients. She takes a holistic approach with her treatments. Her expertise in massage and her training and education, along with her warm and uplifting personality, allow her to achieve optimal results for her patients.
Courtney loves the outdoors. Whether it's hiking or sightseeing, she enjoys being out in nature, especially if she's doing it with her two young sons.
Alissa Baker
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Alissa is a 2010 graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. Alissa currently holds dual licensure in both Pennsylvania and Ohio and has completed over 70 hours of continued education. Alissa has a passion for holistic wellness and compassionate care for her patients. She specializes in several therapeutic modalities which allows her to approach each session as a restorative experience tailored to each clients specific wellness needs. When she is not providing therapeutic massage, Alissa is spending time with her 3 children, preferably outdoors. She is also an outspoken patient advocate in the central Ohio area.
